Grin is good at running the programme once the relationships exist. Its own G2 reviewers say the discovery side stopped keeping up.

We find the creators, then you can manage them anywhere
CultureX indexes 400M+ public profiles with 35+ filters and a real follower percentage on every one, with proper depth in India including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. It doesn't connect to your store at all, which cuts both ways: nothing to set up if you are not on Shopify, and nothing gained if store attribution is what you needed. Gifting, payouts and affiliate codes stay Grin's job.
- 400M+ profiles against a 700,000 network
- Real follower percentage before you send product
- India and regional depth
- No store setup, and no store attribution

Grin
Free, then $200 to $1,500
Published and credit based, with no contract.
- Genuinely transparent since January 2026
- Credits meter usage, with overage at $0.10
- Discovery is the weak leg, per its reviewers
- Legacy enterprise deals reported at $30,000 to $200,000 a year
Grin's prices are as published on its pricing page in September 2026. It repriced at least once during 2026, so check the current page. The legacy enterprise figures come from procurement sources and apply to older contracts.
These count different things. Grin's 700,000 is creators in its network, meaning people connected to the platform. Our 400M+ is public profiles indexed for search. Neither number tells you who will say yes to your brief, which is why the search filters matter more than the total.

Grin questions, answered
Is CultureX cheaper than Grin?
No. Grin starts free and its paid tiers run $200 to $1,500 a month, all published. We’re more expensive. What you’re comparing is a 700,000 creator network against 400M+ searchable profiles, and a management tool against discovery plus management.
What can't CultureX do that Grin can?
Pay creators, run gifting and attribute revenue through Shopify. CultureX does none of those. We find and vet the creators, which its own reviewers say is where Grin got thinner.
Does Grin work for brands in India?
We found no India presence, creator depth claims or rupee payment support in its public material. It’s built for US direct to consumer brands, and absence of a claim isn’t the same as inability, so ask them if it matters.
Can I keep using Grin for payouts?
Yes, and a lot of the time that is the sensible answer. Find and vet creators here, keep gifting and payouts in Grin.
Why switch if my main problem is finding new creators?
Because that’s the gap Grin’s own reviewers describe. It is reasonable to keep Grin for the operation and use CultureX for discovery and vetting.
